About the Triangle Community Garden |
| |
The Triangle Garden is a community garden within a local park where
people of all ages and abilities can come together and take part in
creative land-based activities, such as growing food and flowers, tending
plants, creating wildlife habitats and making permanent garden features.
We run
weekend activities
open to all in the community, once a month, and craft, food growing,
horticulture and sustainable living workshops and
courses throughout the year.
Our
Growing Ability
project provides
social and therapeutic horticulture sessions
for adults with learning difficulties during
the week. We welcome help from
volunteers at any of our activities. Please
contact us if you're interested.

How to get there:
the Triangle Garden is in a corner of Ransom’s Recreation Ground,
between Grove Road and Nightingale Road, in the market town of Hitchin,
Hertfordshire. It’s very close to Hitchin Station and a short walk from
the town centre. The Nightingale Road entrance to the Rec. is between
the Audi and Esso garages, and the Triangle Garden is at the far end of
the Rec., directly facing you as you come in. |
