'Growing Ability' - a social and therapeutic horticulture project for adults with learning difficulties

Focusing on the abilities and development needs of each individual, this project is a partnership between the Triangle Garden and Growing People.

To coincide with National Volunteering Week, a reporter from the Advertiser spent an afternoon volunteering at Growing Ability and wrote a full page article in June 1st's edition (page 11) on his experiences. You can read it in the e-edition here.
It is a lovely thoughtful article, full of praise for what we do, marred only by the fact that the reporter got the project's name wrong, confusing it with the Growing People Project in Letchworth (our partner in Growing Ability)!
