Hitchin Forager Jane Simmons will lead a socially-distanced foraging walk starting at Ransom’s Pavilion, seeking out seasonal wild food ingredients, discovering the properties of various hedgerow plants and exploring how to use them in cooking, teas, jams and preserves.
