Our very own Triangle Garden Apple Juice was launched at Apple Day today! Made from Triangle Garden apples plus donations from peoples’ gardens locally, it comes in two flavours: fruity and dry. It’s totally pure, from unsprayed trees, and pressed for us by Chiltern Ridge Farm, Chesham. It will keep till Christmas 2016!
Verdicts on the taste: the fruity is ‘delicate, mellow, fragrant and delicious’ while the dry is ‘well-balanced, aromatic, full-bodied and excellent’. Either juice can be made light and sparkly by mixing with carbonated spring water, and the dry is particularly interesting with an added dash of elderflower cordial.
